Born as a surviving twin in Puerto Rico in the 1980s — her first "less than 1%" moment before anyone even knew she existed — Maria Aponte has spent her entire life defying odds stacked against her.
At eighteen, she was diagnosed with cervical cancer and told she would never have children. She went on to have three beautiful babies. At twenty-eight, she almost died from a tubal ovarian abscess during surgery that should have lasted an hour but took four and a half. Cancer came back in 2015. And again. Each time, Maria was the statistical exception.
After being let go from an eleven-year career in hospitality, she bet on herself — building a successful wellness business while being present for her children during their most critical years. In 2022, during a quantum healing hypnosis session, she received the download that would change everything: Against All Odds, The Less Than 1% Chance.
Maria lives in Florida with her partner and their blended family of six children. Her mission is simple: help people understand they're not alone, that life is always happening FOR them — and that they're stronger than they think.

The biggest reason this podcast exists is to empower and inspire others with stories of beating the odds, stories of people going through things that are massive obstacles and coming out a much better person on the other end of that obstacles!! I wanna give a behind the scenes, real talk and inside scoop on the things that have helped others create massive success in life, bust through fears and limiting beliefs you had to overcome, what habits & routines helped you move the your life forward and ultimately dig deep into things that will raise their level of awareness and help them experience their next breakthrough.
